When the entire ceiling is covered with paint, the first coat is allowed to dry completely. If a second coat is needed, we will repeat the process but in a perpendicular direction to the first coat.

As you can see, proper equipment and techniques are needed to carry out the job. Applying paint in the wrong manner may cause you to achieve the opposite effect of what was expected. If that happens, more time, money and effort have to be spent fixing the previous mistake.
